2A? Maybe 1C, if there is such a thing. I'm not sure.

I would agree with the 2a comment.

I'd say 2a. I bet it gets curlier as it gets longer.

here are a couple more pics. one when it was long, and 3 more as it is now (short) from all angles.

Ah, now I'd definitely say it's at least 2b, perhaps even 2c when given enough length to form complete spirals. The only thing that makes me refrain from saying 3a is that it definitely lies down flat at the roots. You have very nice, shiny hair.

thanks for the comments it's weird how hair changes when it's shorter. I thought it would curl more, but it curls less. I am growing it down to my shoulders in hopes that it will be curlier then.... I actually have some pics I should post of t he last time it was down to my shoulders... it was quite curly, all the way up to the root.

Ook. I have hair similar to both of yours, and I'm getting my hair cut today. I was thinking about taking my mid-back length hair up to my collar bone or shoulders, but I am definitely reconsidering that now.

There is such thing as a 1c, although I wager you're a 2a when your hair is longer.

skiddoo and sleigh - do you guys have any pics of your hair? I am excited to finally find someone with similar hair to mine on this site I am SO FRUSTRATED with my hair right now, as it is mid neck, and I am trying to grow it out to my shoulders. it might as well be straight, because it barely does anything right now. so frustrating!!!! what have you been doing with yours??

No pictures, but I might try and get my boyfriend to take some of my hair cut. I didn't go too short (I'm way too chicken for that). I just got about 3 inches removed and some layers put in to allow for a little more bounce. It looks way healthier now. I loved the stylist I went to. It's too bad I'm moving to Galveston soon. I went ahead and let my stylist straighten it, since I never do it myself and wanted to see what it looks like. So far, so good. I hope it looks good curly too.
