B&A gel - not sure how to use it?

Hello,
I'm going through my product graveyard and came across Batia & Aleeza gel. I love the smell of this but that's about it. I'm hoping someone can help me figure out how to use it with my shoulder - length, 2c/3a thick, poofy hair.
THanks in advance !

Worrying is like being in a rocking chair; it gives me something to do but it doesn't get me anywhere.

Best combo so far:
Shea moisture leave-in and BRHG
When I use it, I use a pretty generous amount. I put it on after leave in , on wet hair. I smooth a puddle over the top, flip, then smooth a puddle over the underside and finger comb thru upside down. Then a scrunch in a bit on the ends, followed by blotting and plopping. HTH!
2B/2C wavy

I apply it in small puddles so it doesn't drip out. I smooth a puddle on the top and underneath of my hair, rake one puddle through, and then scrunch a puddle into the ends. It works very well over CK and/or recoil.
