Default Am I understanding the CG thing?

My hair has been really dry and frizzy lately. The weather has been humid here, so that is one contributing factor, but I think my shampooing has taken a toll as well.

I have started the CG program, and was wondering if I am doing it right.
I do the conditioner wash with Suave Coconut conditioner, rinse this out, and then add some more conditioner (L'Oreal Smooth Vive for fine/medium hair). After rinsing this out, I use my normal products (Paul Mitchell Super Sculpt and BTZ Noodle Head). Is this correct?

From my understanding, CG has more to do with what's IN the products rather than the products themselves. If the products you listed are cone free, then you won't have to use shampoo and you'll be fine.

As long as you clarify first and your products don't have bad ingredients.

Yes is is more about what is in the products then the products itself. And it can take some experimentation with routines and products.

I don't know about the paul mitchell, but noodle head is not CG!! Don't use that if you're only gonna conditioner wash! You should check the ingredients of your other product(s), too.

I don't have the label in front of me, but I'm pretty sure L'oreal is not cone-free. Not good choice.
