Default 2nd Day hair?

I guess this would only work for long hair, but what I do depending on how curly I am I either pull my hair up on top of my head or do two on the sides and twist to the tips and secure. My hair will generally spring back to the same curls as the day before. This will work for a few days- generally getting looser.

It doesn't work if I twist my hair to make 18th century style ringlets

What do other people do??

Are most people with curly hair able to twist strands when wet and they will stay? Just wondering if my head is like everyone elses

I usually don't get second day hair, or maybe I just assume I won't so I don't try, but I took my shower lastnight and left a bunch of conditioner in my hair. When it finally dried it was a little crunchy, I put it up in a pineapple and slept. When I woke up today ( normally would have redone the whole things) but it actually looked pretty good, still had hold but no frizz. So I just scrunched in some water, spritzed a little of my water and glycerin spray, and added a little gel. I fluffed it up a bit with my mf towel....and that was it. It looks great though...I'm happy!

Back on Cones,so now my routine is,wash with Deva No-Poo every other day or so. Occasionally use 365 sulfate free, maybe use low sulfate shampoo mixed with conditioner once every two weeks are longer. I condition with Aussie Moist or HEHH. I style with a little GF TN,and finish up with tons of GN Pure Clean Smoothing Cream. No frizz...slippy, happy hair.
