Do I look better with shorter hair?

I was wondering if I could get some opinions. I'm thinking about going short again. Could ya'll go through my fotki albums and let me know what you think? The password is bunny. TIA!

I think you're hair looks great long and short. So then my next criteria would be what suits your face shape the best. I didn't really see many long hair pics that showed your face well (most of them where shot from the back or side). But I think your face shape can probably do long or short. I personally was drawn a bit more the pics of you with shorter hair.
I like your hair in 2005, just touching your shoulders. It looked very full and curly

Oooo, you're hair is so pretty. You look really great with the short hair too though. It's always a nice change, getting it cut. And, as they say, it'll grow back.

I like it shorter. I seem to be drawn to shorter hair though so I am not sure if you should listen to me. I am in the same dilemma - in fact I have a hair appt tomorrow with the intent to go short - we shall see!!

Thanks onegirlarmy! Your hair is pretty too! It's funny because I swore to my husband that I would never cut it that short again but here I am a few years later considering it!

Let us know how it goes xcptnl!

I have a similar face shape to you and have received more compliments when my hair is slightly longer than shoulder length or shoulder length. When it is longer it tends to make my face look longer. Your hair looks fuller at shoulder length, too. Very pretty hair by the way.

I think your hair is lovely regardless of length. I think the shorter hair is a little bit better with your face shape, but if you'd like to keep it long, cutting some face framing layers would be a good compromise. I like your glasses; mine are very similar.
Any ideas on what I should ask for? I know angled bobs are very popular right now.

Chiming in - I like your hair in the 2005 album. Very pretty hair short or long, but I'm more drawn to the shoulder-length hair .

Your hair is very pretty long or short, Doodles! Maybe it comes down to what type of maintenance you want to do right now. <guano: I just returned from "Vacationland"--beautiful area!>

I had longish hair (just above bsl) until 4 weeks ago. My hair really needed a break from ponytails, so I got it cut into one of those angled bobs. Didn't specifically walk into the salon with that in mind, but we discarded every other option during the consultation. She did an awesome job and my family thinks it is much cuter short. It is extremely easy to manage. It still comes down to my chin in front.

Hope you get a cut that makes you happy!

Well, I'm looking for something low maintenence since my 4 year old will be starting pre-school this year. I described an angled bob to my husband and he thought that shorter hair would look fine but not at an angle.

Add me to the list that likes your hair around shoulder length. Your Aug 05 pictures especially. I think the length and style suit you. But I also think you could pull off an even shorter cut.

I vote for short like the 2004 album. It looks so bouncy, curly, and shiny there. For me, when my hair gets shoulder length, the ends look sparce and thin when they spread out on my shoulders, but shorter shows its thickness.
xcptnl- Didya, didya, didya?

I'm just realizing I should've made this thread a poll

I loved your hair in the 2005 photos and was going to vote for those because I didnt think it could get any better. Well I was wrong I looked in the 2004 and OMG that length I usually dont like but it really suit your face. You have great hair it looks good at any length
