Damaged 3B!

Just read the text about what kind of curls I have and directly reacted when I read this: Damaged Type 3 hair is usually frizzy, dull, hard and dry to the touch, with fuzzy, ill-defined curls.
That is really my hair. Dull! I guess its very damaged thoug i sometimes use a flat iron and recently i colored it in two steps :S
how can I make my hair healty and avoid it to become more damaged (except stop flatironing, thoug i actuallly use heathprotection etc:P)..?
My hair is relaxed 3b curls, I either straighten or curl it =)

get a good conditioner, although there is some hair that can't be repaired by conditioner IMO.
for non-CG I recommend vive-pro smooth intense, garnier fructis SS, or Dove

and for CG, shea butter, olive oil, coconut oil, Jessicurl and Devacurl line
Lots of deep conditioning, though with frequent flat ironing, it might not improve a lot.
Kiva! Microfinance works.

Med/Coarse, porous curly.
What really helped nurse my hair back to health was the Ouidad Deep Treatment. It's full of proteins, so now that my hair is healthier, I can't use it anymore, but it's perfect for damaged hair. Once my hair couldn't use the Ouidad DT anymore, I started using Jessicurl Too Shea! as a regular conditioner, and it really helped too.

CoN green, HE hello hydration, burt's bees super shiny condish, & KCCC.

mostly 3b, mod CG

I have to second that when I first came to this board I used ouidad dt and then when I discovered deva products I didn't need it anymore. But it is a very rich dt, albeit expensive. Second would be jessicurl too shea, also a lovely, rich dt. Good luck.
Hair type, thin, 3b, past my shoulders always looking for length. Use jessicurl hair cleansing cream, devacurl one c, angel, set it free, Always see a deva trained stylist for cut and Aveda Institute for color.
