Default Jessicurl Products

Hi all. I usually just buy my products from the local Wal-mart or grocery store, but I was thinking of buying something from the Jessicurl line. I have 3a hair about shoulder length. I'm always looking for ways to enhance my ringlets and increase volume.
Can anyone offer me advice on what Jessicurl product would be a good starting point for me? I was thinking of just buying one thing to start and maybe getting a free sample w/my purchase b/c I saw on the Jessicurl site with any purchase, you can get one free sample!
Thanks!

I'd order the Trial Sized Collection - Light.

I second this. That's what I did! I currently regularly use the Aloeba condish, Gentle Lather poo, and the CCSS.

I third this. I ordered the trial collection first then figured out which ones worked best. I now use Aloeba for a leave in, Rockin Ringlets occasionally for curl enhancement, Too Shea or WDT for DT/leave in, and Hair Cleansing Cream for the rare shampoo(this bottle I have had since I started CG so that tells you how often I use it).
Plus I supplement it with grocery/drugstore stuff so that it will last longer.

Is the hair cleansing cream more of a cleanser than no poo which would get rid of build up?

I don't think the cleansing cream would get rid of build up. The gentle lather shampoo might.

My hair's a little thicker, so I went with the "Thick" line (Too Shea!, Hair Cleansing Cream, Rockin' Ringlets, and Confident Coils). Apart from the occasional day where my hair would look a little too greasy, especially at the roots, they worked brilliantly for me for a while, but then stopped working for some reason (am still trying to figure out why). I wish they could start working for me again, because I loved what they did for me hair when they were effective!
