Jersey knit score.
I usually plop with t-shirts. But I only have 2-3. I went to the fabric store...Hancocks here in Cincinnati, to get something for patching jeans and they have a sale in progress right now. The remnants table is usually chock full of jersey knits that have all kinds weird prints on them. I bought a few remnants that were each about 1 yard at $.99 a yard. PLUS you get an extra 10% off. I now have 5 new 2ply plopping towels. :alien:
Sadly they didn't have what I really wanted which was birdseye cotton (diaper fabric). So I am going to try using 2 plys of 100% cotton muslin. It is usually always $.99 a yard.
