Yesterday and today:

2. Condition with VO5 Strawberries and Cream.
3. Put a little GF CnS conditioner (yesterday) or GF CnS leave-in (today).
4. Wrap in Scunchi towel for a few minutes.
5. Rake in L'Oreal Springing Curls mousse.
6. Air dry 95%, diffuse dry, scrunch out crunch.

Today:

1. Poo'd with NG Aloe & Lavender
2. Conditioned with PM The Rinse (first time using this; it is very light which is good for my fine hair, but don't think it's enough moisture to use on a regular basis)
3. Mop Top gel with a dab of BRHG on top
4. Plopped for about 30-40 minutes.
5. Diffused until about 90% dry
6. Scrunched out crunch when I got to work

Got a second day out of the Kinky Curly Knot Today/Curling custard washday combo. Just scrunched in some Set it Free/Soft Curls & Swirls.

I've been struggling with my hair for the last week or so ...finally decided to shampoo for a couple of days in a row in hopes that I was just a bit overconditioned. It seems to have worked. I shampooed with Mop Top, lightly conditioned with Wen Cleansing Conditioner, added a bit of Re:Coil, plopped for a 5 minutes or so, added a glob of BRHG and let it dry. And I'm getting compliments.....

Washed with Robert Craig's Shampoo for color-treated hair (diluted)

Conditioned with Robert Craig's Conditioner

Applied GF Soft Curl Creme (dug this up after lazyloop's thread) to wet hair, scrunched, diffused the top to set it with the clips, then air dried. I've never used it by itself. It's a little frizzy, but it's been raining.

Shampoo'd with Healthy Sexy Soymilk Shampoo, conditioned with Mop Top conditioner, smoothed & raked in Pink Boots, added Abba Weightless Gel, combed through and scrunched, plopped for 20-25 minutes & diffused. Good hair day so far -- we'll see how it holds up by the end of the day.

Put some water on my hands and scrunched. (: Got second-day hair out of:
VO5 Vanilla Mint Tea co-wash
AO HR
Oyin H-H as a leave-in
CK and HEBE and SiF

Tomorrow I'll bypass the leave-in and CK (and maybe co-wash, depending on how my hair is feeling) and try my new pink Boots for the first time ever.

I tried the pink Boots for the first time today and I think I'm going to really like it. I've got a lot of curl & so far it seems to work really well under Abba Weightless Gel. I was afraid to use too much -- just a dab underneath & another little dab on my canopy and my fine hair isn't weighed down at all, so I think I can probably use a little more.

Dang - everytime this post makes it near the top of the list I'm on 2nd day hair. I scrunched with water, added some Joiwhip for volume, diffused a quick minute and voila!

i colored it!!!!! clairol complements, medium golden blonde to darken highlights that bleached out and lighten up my natural dark brown.
Then...
L'Oreal Nature's Therapy Mega Volume conditioner
KY mixed with LOOB (hmmmm...) on sopping wet hair
Plopped with my ratty Grateful Dead t-shirt (can't bear to part w/ it)
Clipped
Diffused
Moussed a little when 80% dry (not sure i like this)
Diffused some more
Scrunched and (gasp) fluffed with a pick
Hairspray, hairspray, hairspray

and, except for a little frizz, i'm having a good hair day!!

1. Water-rinsed (co-washed last night).
2. Conditioned with GF CnS.
3. GF CnS leave-in cream.
4. Alagio Curl Cream.

Pulled out bangs, clipped and plopped for 30 minutes or so. Diffused for about 5 minutes upside down, then air dried. Scrunched out the crunch and straightened bangs.

First time I've used the Alagio by itself - turned out pretty darn good!

Did you get any hold with it? When I used it, I had the frizziest hair I've ever had -- got curl, but SOOO frizzy. I don't think I used near enough. I'm afraid it might be too producty if I put gel over it.

The frizz is minimal and I probably should have used CK underneath it - didn't even think about it. I did get hold from it and nice curls. I used more than I thought I should for my length so try more and see what happens.
