Thank you! The gel cast is basically the crunch from the product that's formed while the hair is drying -- that pic was before it had completely dried & I had scrunched out the crunch.

I'm working on some front pics..............and the guts to post them.

Ok, Marybeth, you asked for it. Not a great hair day to be taking pics and as you can see, I'm pic taking challenged -- sorry it's so blurry. Products I tried today weigh me down & pull out curl.

Awww, thanks.

Yes, it's ok big and wavy, but I like it better when I have tighter spirals. My hair is very heavy on top, too. I know I must use at least 8 clips just on the top to keep it lifted while it's drying -- it's where my hair gets the flattest.

Thanks again -- you are so sweet!

You are my new hair idol! The front looks like mine did when the deva stylist clipped it and dried it. I've NEVER been able to duplicate it, and I hate my front. I'm sooooo jealous

You have the best fat clumpy curls

msg, your hair looks so beautiful. i am happy that you are posting pics of the front now, so we can see how lovely you look.

one suggestion on taking the front pics. try looking in the mirror and turn the camera around the other way, so that the lens is facing you, and arms stretched out. meanwhile, look in the mirror at the camera's LCD screen and see if you are centered in the screen, then snap the pic. this way you won't get the glare from the flash or you holding the camera in the pic. actually, the best option is a tri-pod, but i don't have one, luckily christmas it coming, he he he.

It did so well in that pic because it was the weekend and I had more drying time while the clips were in. The Fuzzy Duck gives me the fat clumpy curls -- or maybe a combination of that along with the Mop Top Condish.

My stylist also showed me the way I do it now -- only she can do it with one giant clip and still get better lift than I can with a gazillion little ones. I don't have much luck with the larger clips.

So, how 'bout taking some pics with the clips in to show me how they look once there in. I know it won't help me with sliding them in myself, but at least I would have a 'goal look'.
