I have 3C hair and I am able to loosen mine when I rollerset. I shampoo with CON, apply a nice conditioner like Bumble and Bumble Super Rich, rinse, apply a bit of shea butter and HESMU gel and rollerset.

I get very beautiful, even, boingy spirals each time,

Here is this technique on my DD:

In your reply it looks like I can click on something for a demonstration, but all that's there is a red "x" -- could you resend??

Thanks!!

Very nice. That is similar to how my hair looks if I'm not plopping lately b/c of the length.
