Aveda Be Curly Curl Enhancer

Has any one used this Aveda Be Curly Curl Enhancer as a substitute for Aveda Elixir, or just because it works for you? And is the bolded a water-soluble cone?

well i tried both and didn't like the enhancer much. i really didn't notice a difference when using it so i wouldn't recommend it. i like the elixir though.
