Curl Enhancers WITHOUT Magnesium Sulfate?

I am wondering if there are any styling products that enhance curl (a la re:coil...) but that do not have the magnesium sulfate. I think this ingredient is another culprit (along with protein) to my hair feeling dry. I really really like my Jessicurl rockin' ringlets (the smell is intoxicating in a good way!) but I fear that using it everyday is drying me out.

Any recommendations for some ms-free curl boosters?

I just got some MOP-C from the swap board, I don't think it has any mag sulph in it.

Ingred:
Water, polyquaternium-11, stearyl alcohol, cetyl alcohol, VP/VA Copoylmer, steareth-21, sorbitan Stearate, phenoxyethanol, hydroxyethylcellulose, ascorbyl palmitate (Vitamin C), sodium ascorbyl phosphate (vitamin C), citrus medica limonum (lemon) peel oil, citrus aurantium dulcis (orange) oil, geranium maculatum oil, mentha viridus (spearmint) leaf oil, citrus aurantifolia (lime) oil, zingiber officinale (ginger) root oil, citrus aurantium dulcis (orange) fruit extract, mangifera indicia (mango) fruit extract, citrus grandis (grapefruit) fruit extract, psidium guajava fruit extract, ribes nigrum (black currant) fruit extract, vitis vinifera (grape) seed extract, cinnamidopropyltrimonium chloride, caprylic/capric triglyceride, disodium EDTA, methylparaben, proplyparaben.

I haven't used it yet, so I'm no help there...

What about ms-free styling products that enhance curl? Does such a gem exist...that just so happens to be without those dreaded evil proteins?

Ok, ok...proteins aren't evil, but they sure do reek havoc on my precious hair!

I know what you mean about the Mag Sulfate-I can't use it either

I love Boots Curl Cream

, and look into the Biotera Curl Cream and or Gel from Sally's. I can't do Protein either, even the very small amounts in the Jessicurl Condioners makes my hair like straw.

LOOB is a curl enhancer for me, but I haven't used Re:coil so I can't compare. Some people also find LOOB drying, but is doesn't have mag sulfate. I haven't noticed it to be drying, but I usually leave in some condish under it.

Thank you for the additional suggestions! I think I will try the Biotera curl creme and also look into ordering some boots from one of the members here.

I really wish my hair wasn't so darn picky. I end up with so many different products that work ok for a few days then !BAM!...dry-city. Oh well, at least the swap board is alive and well and I am sure that some of my failures will be someone else's treasures!

The Alagio Crazy Curl Balm is very curl enhancing for me and it does not have mag sulfate. Here is the ingredient list:

Ingredients: water (aqua), VP/VA copolymer, PVP, carbomer, hydrolyzed silk, silk amino acids, panthenol, allantoin, citrullus vulgaris (watermelon) fruit extract, prunus serotina (wild cherry) bark extract, propylene glycol, polysorbate 20, phenoxyethanol, methylparaben, triethanolamine, fragrance, tetrasodium EDTA, mica, titanium dioxide, blue 1, yellow 5

It looks protein free to me, too, and at $5-8 it's pretty reasonably priced.

The bolded are proteins.

It's not CG but GF Soft Curl Cream is a great enhancer for me though diffusing enhances my curls more than anything.
