Have not heard of that one specifically. Mane and Tail was "the" thing when I was in high school 10 years or so ago. The big rumor was that it made your hair grow faster. The truth was it had so much wax in it it just weighed down your hair and made it look longer. Definitely watch for build up and probably not a good idea if you're CG.
