Deva-trained Stylists List ?

On the Deva website there used to be a list of Deva-trained stylists; I went to the website and realized it's all changed and now I can't find that information anymore -- can anyone help me out? Am I missing the link somewhere? Is she not training stylists anymore outside of her salon?
Wow, super quick! Thank you so much, Mishka!
Thanks for posting! I was just thinking about posting to try to find a Deva Stylist close to me. There are actually two of them within 15 miles of my house! I scheduled my very first Deva Cut for November 17! I cannot wait!! Before this site, I had no idea there were 'special stylists' for curly hair. I cant wait to see how my hair looks!!

Are their colors any different? I'm thinking of having my hi-lites covered up for the winter.

You mean as far as brands? I'm not sure what brand of colors Deva stylists use -- I'm actually thinking of getting some highlights myself. I would just call the salon you've scheduled with and ask.
Interesting to see the list is still posted. I thought it was no more since many have had not great experiences with those supposedly Deva trained stylists. I have had three bad experiences, comparing it to going to Devachan. Good to know the list is still there - maybe some are having good experiences with trained stylists.

Dont say that... I am really excited about the cut. I dont have a Devachan around here. So, the Deva trained stylists arent as good? When I talked to her today, she seemed really knowledgable and I felt really comfortable with her.

I was thinking of planning a trip to NY or somewhere for a cut... how desperate is that?? lol...

If you have not been there, it might be better. It wasn't horrible, it is just that when you have someone you like, it can be difficult to find someone who compares. I am also sure that each individual who is trained is going to give a different experience. I think it's important to try 'em out!!

Thanks for the clarification, frxncrls. The girl I talked to seemed to really know her stuff. I was getting a little worried, but I guess it cant be worse then all of the other stylists that I have been to who arent deva trained, right? I seem to have the hardest time finding a stylist who knows how to deal with my curly hair, which is one of the reasons I wore it straight for so long. The new stylist has curly hair herself, so that's a plus, right?

I just went to a guy in Philly this past weekend (he's on the naturallycurly site as one of the stylists of the month) and he is not deva trained and I like my hair (he actually has curly hair, too!). So give her a chance....
