Hair that travels

I'm new to posting but I've been lurking awhile and the tips and tricks I've learned have made for curlier, less stress hair.

Now though, I'm getting ready to fly next week from the States to Japan. That means three different flights, one of them 15 hours long. I want to make a good first impression when I arrive and the equivalent to bed head isn't what I have in mind. Any tips on how to stay curled and frizz free while traveling? Or should I go with my instinct and straighten just for the day?

Drink plenty of water and pineapple your curls on top of your head. If you can pack a travel size refresher spray (Mist-er Right, Awe Inspiring Spray or mix up a batch of condish, gel and water). Your curls will want moisture after that long flight. HTH

When I'm travelling, I know my hair is always going to lose moisture on those planes. I can usually just spritz periodically with water and the curls bounce right back. They just want the moisture back!
