Ok, PHEW! I finally figured out how to get to your pics. Thought I was going to have a stroke there for a second! Anyway, your hair looks gorgeous, as usual.

I tried it again this morning, and while I really think my hair has to get longer for it to really work, I've got pretty good hair today. I think, though, that it's because this is the first time ever that I've used the pixiecurl method and didn't touch my hair with my hands at all while I was drying it. Quite a feat for me.

!
just dry your hands off, set your camera to use a 10 second timer, place the camera looknig at you and then push the button. you have 10 seconds to get into position. i think i might do the unicorn anyway, since i plop my hair all scrunched up with product and get the turban around it. anyway, we're all waiting

parasol - pixie method is summed up in the second post on this thread:

notinabottle - sure you can take my picture! (i have never been asked that and i feel quite flatterered

anxious to see if it works for anyone else!
Is anyone else getting Dennis Quaid from this link?? When I click on the link it brings it to the discussion about Dennis Quaid's child being overprescribed medication ???

You have beautiful curls! And you are very pretty too.
I'll have to try this some time. Anything that makes me curlier, I'm all over it! (I'm losing my curl)
It seems like it would actually loosen the curl, but we'll see.

Would this be the Suave Professional frizz control? I use that. Maybe THAT'S my problem!

I have tried the unicorn method twice now and really like the lift it gives my roots! My curl pattern has also been starting higher, too! My spirals looked a little less clumpy but all in all I am very happy! Thank you for sharing, shellynot!

curlyzoo- so glad it worked for you!!! i've found that i like to do a modified version of this everyday, and save the full out unicorn spirals for when i want to look cute. curly hair doesn't get very versatile, so this is the way i can make it look different from day to day.
