Default Winter hair woes!

Do you girls have any solutions for the effect of Winter weather on your curls? My 3a curls are straight-ish on top and underneath, and I need more volume!

any ideas please? I'm using Re-coil and Deva Angel ....

thanks
jackie

I am finding less is more for the colder months. I am down to only using CK after Aloeba (my usual leave-in).

I try to make a point to do weekly DTs in the winter. I can also use richer, more moisturizing conditioners in the winter, as well as lighter gels. If I'm feeling dryer than usual, I use a little jojoba oil or Jessicurl's Soft Oil Blend on my hair before I go to bed. Moisture! Moisture! Moisture!

I have fine hair, so I'm afraid all the moisture will weigh it down more ....

I also have very fine hair, but I still need more moisture in the winter. I can use richer conditioners in the winter, but I can't use too much and I have to really rinse it out thoroughly. If I use jojoba oil at night before I go to bed, I only use a drop. It's yet another thing that takes a lot of experimenting to find what works best for your hair type.
