Yes definitely toot your own horn! For me, it gives me hope that some day maybe I will be able to use less and less product until I am able to only use conditioner.

Glad its working for you! I recently tried Mop-C and now I am also experiencing buildup for the first time sine going cg a month ago. Possibly thats what caused it for you too (I think you said you had used it?) Has anyone else found this?

Oh yes the dreaded build up with Mop-C. I tried using a little tiny bit, then used a bit more because it wasn't enough, I tried raking it through, scrunching it in, doing it with plopping, nothing worked and then my hair went limp and looked dull, so it was build up from that. It was the only thing in my routine I changed, so I knew it was because of that. Sorry you experienced that
