Clarifying Shampoo?

How do you find a clarifying shampoo before starting cg? Are there certain things it shouldnt contain? I have the body shop honey shampoo will this work? I know it has a few 'bad' ingred for cg but I dont really want to buy a new one just for the odd use. Also, I live in the uk, and alot of the products mentioned on here I cant get hold of.

Im a little confused on this one, if its meant to get rid of the cones etc you have been putting in your hair, how is it not just adding to it (say if it has sulfates in it or something)?
You're right. You want to try to find one that has sulfates, but no cones. I was ticked because I didn't want to buy one either for one use. But then I looked at my daughter's shower gel and it had SLS, but no cones. It was Grins & Giggles by Gerber.
Thanks for clearing that up Kitara.

I also have this cheap one is this ok?:

Aqua, sodium laureth sulfate, glycol stearate, cocamidopropyl betaine, cocamide DEA, sodium chloride, phenoxyethanol, glycerin, parfum, sodium methylparaben, sodium benzoate, citric acid, polyquaternium-10, panthenol, tetrasodium EDTA, hexyl cinnamal, disodium phosphate, benzyl salicylate, sodium acetate, silk amino acids, isopropyl alcohol, benzoic acid.
