Default Post your before and after pics

He everyone! I am getting my hair cut on June 6th by a stylist recommended here for curly hair! I am so excited. I was looking through the posts for before and after pics of cuts. After seeing 3 and lots of searching I was thinking "I bet others would like to see some great before and afters too".

So, come on. Post your before and afters here so we can all see the great results!

I will post mine after the cut

Hi Misfitcurls, your hair is gorgous!

You are one of my curl idols! I could only hope my cut turns out as nicely as yours. Of course that could only happen if they can cut my hair longer

BTW, your "pinup hair" is too cute.

off the subject, but is your first name Tanna? mine is Tana so I was just curious. Cause' I have only met three people with a name like mine, one spelled it with two "n"s and the other two spelled it like mine.

p.s. I'll get some pics up too.

Marina, Yes my first name is Tanna! I haven't met many others with the same name except I was named after my mom's best friend.

Riot Crrl, I love your hair too! It looks so healthy! Love it

You girls are making me think about redoing my henna.

This is what my hair looked like almost twelve years ago, I embraced my curls but was using Biolage Poo, conditioner and mousse. Hence the poofy do'

My recent before and afters are in my fotki.

Great curls Marincurlz! I was thinking about the name thing and the woman I was named after has 3b/c curls. Maybe there is a gene attached to the name

Looks great before AND after. Love the curls!

I am woefully bad with computers - Pics will have to wait til my son gets home from school.

But I do have ALL of 4 pics on my Fotki now! I suppose they are before and afters....? They span the past 10 days

PS. Can you guys hairtype me now that my curl is beginning to emerge?

Curlilocks,

Your "bad" hair cut looks like my hair now! Your cut from ...was it '04? That is how my hair was the last time I liked my hair.

Also after your Devacut you mentioned that they parted it so all the curls fall to the left leaving the right flat. I totally have that problem too except they part it on the left. I just don't get it. I feel really uneven like that.

It was a little odd looking at your pics though. Before they are enlarged it was like looking at pics of myself! Enlarged our hair still looks a lot alike.

If I had a decent picture of myself I'd post it just to prove it. Alas, I do not like myself in pics. The closest thing I can do now is my one pic of my hair there. I WILL do before and afters for the cut though

Beautiful pic BTW.

Thanks! But now you will *have* to show me pics of yourself and your hair. I don't like most pics of myself either, but oh well. You can always PM one to me.

I really loved my cut from '04 too. Although it was shorter, it was a great cut. I miss my stylist (we moved).

Ok, My B&A pics are on my new fotki. I take aweful pics so sorry. The before didn't capture how uneven my hair was and it's dark. I took it quickly before walking out the door. There were huge chunks on the side that I had to cover up by using hair pins and moving the hair around.

As for the after my hair is a bit frizzy and it's still a little irritated I got it cut. Plus it is really windy! I'll post more when it looks better.

Both are about 80% dry too...
