Wow! Everyone has such gorgeous curls! And there has been major improvements with going cg! We should share this thread with Lorraine Massey!
Well here are a few pics of my curly journey!
I was a curlie in denial and straightened everyday for over 10 years...
Then I started to wonder what my natural curls looked like. So I stopped straightening, but this is what I looked like...

not really much curl there.
So here I am after CG!

Well, I'm not sure I'm justified posting before and after pictures, since my hair isn't very good yet, but here they are, anyway. 1st picture is before, and other two are after.

Before with mousse. This was also before trimming my ends even.

RoseJ I can see a big difference! You hair looks healthier, shinier, less tangly and the curls are much better, really clumping well and bouncy!

Awh, thank you for the nice comments, Devagirlbrazil, Katiecurl, and sexyjacksparrow.
Rose, your curls are so shiny and healthy! so pretty! I can't wait till my curls are your length when they are dry. My hair is that long now if it's stretched... hate the shrinkage.

Thank you, kat180, sexyjacksparrow, and Smallfry! I still need to try a lot more products to minimize frizz!
And Smallfry, your hair looks so non-frizzy!

I've been CG since '05 so this pic is a little dated.
This was taken just a few days ago.

*sigh*
Whenever I see all these posts I so want to try CG. My hair has not done well on no-poo and/or no-cones before though. I may try a modified version at some point.

What can ya say, CG is amazing.
Lovely hair everyone! Here is a pic of me Pre-CG. I rarely wore it down unless straightened and if curly it had dried in a braid (my only hairstyle for about 5 years) first. Don't you love those glasses? On second thought this may have been CG, but I still wasn't wearing my hair down and styled.

And this one is a year or so into CG (hallelujah).

Such gorgeous curls! I love seeing this thread still active.
If inspiration came in the form of a single thread, this would be it!

All I can say is WOW!
What transformations everyone has had. I'm curious as to how many are just using the products and methods to take care of the hair and how many have had Devacut as well. If you've had the cut, would you do it again?
