Ok, this is my first time posting pics, so I hope it works. I'm just guessing at how to do it 
The first pic is a couple of years old. It's what I used to consider a good hair day! The second two were taken a few days ago, 5 days after going completely CG. I love the difference, and it's getting better all the time!

Gels: Homemade FSG!!!, Druide, BRHG, Alba Soft Hold Style Cream, AOMM
experimenting with: honey, agave, oils, butters, ACV, Curls Milkshake, more conditioners

What an AWESOME thread!
Could we somehow get this made a sticky? Along with the two other great threads of straight and curly pics, and the brushed-out hair thread -- a curly trifecta!
Honestly, I look at these photos and I'm just blown away by how beautiful and varied hair can be. Plus everyone is so beautiful! I think someone should curate an exhibit at a museum of these beautiful faces and beautiful heads of hair. Not only that, but if everyone could see the pics of the transformations, it would inspire a lot of stylists to learn something about cutting and caring for textured hair rather than just trying to make it straight, and the cosmetics industry might start making more products that are actually good for our hair.

In Brazil it is complicated to look after itself of curly hair. The media imposed a standard of beauty in which straight hair predominates.
Most of our population have ethnic hair, but it is very difficult they they show
We are still little curlies, however settle!
