2C/3A hair, medium texture, normal porosity (I think!)
Trying out: Suave Naturals wild strawberry (co-wash) Garnier Fructis Pure and Clean fortifying conditioner, Redken crystal curls 6, Live Clean Argan Oil Treatment, Pantene curl shaping gel
Thinking of trying: Live Clean Argan oil conditioner or Live Clean Bali Oil conditioner....who recommends them?

I follow the cg-method ( but shampoo my hair every second week) and cowash with aubrey organics honeysuckle rose conditioner and also use it as a leave in. A apply leave in and a little bit oil (argan, olive or coconut) and always fingercome my hair. I never use a comb. Then i apply a little bit unrefined shea butter on the edges and ends and let the hair airdry.

I forgot to mention that a also use a homemade deep treatment once a week and henna my hair once a month (works like a long lasting deep treatment on my hair). I am actually hennaing my hair today :-)

So after about 4 or 5 years of straightening my hair everyday (absolutely horrible, i know ) I decided to try the Curly Girl Method and my hair is LOVING IT! I'm barely 3 months in but I was so inspired by all the other pictures I wanted to show my progress for those still on the fence.
