Hi guys. I know I just asked another question, but this one just popped up. How do you pineapple? I know what it is, but I have trouble getting my hair on top of my head, let alone through a scrunchie. I've tried bending over, but I have trouble with that too. I have very thick hair. I keep toying with the idea of getting it layered, but I always chicken out.

I need two hands to get a hold of my hair. I do it while bent over, with a scrunchie around my wrist ready to go.

Use both hands to make a ponytail to the point where you can grab it and pull the scrunchie around it. it's pretty easy as it's really just a ponytail, but higher.

if it doesn't work, you could always just try a satin or silk pillowcase. That alone can help with frizz reduction at night.

There are also satin scarves and satin sleep caps out there too. There could be slip issues with these too.
