summer has my hair all frizzy!

i know there have been posts on this before, but i cant seem to find any right now. Can anyone direct me to an article or thread or give me some tips?

my hair was looking fine and lately its just been a disaster. i recently started using Aussie 3 minute miracle original formula about three times a week but i dont think thats it so i started to think it could be changes in weather/humidity. right now my routine involves cowash with suave coconut condish, aussie 3mm, rinse upside down, rake in a dab of suave coconut condish, scrunch in HEBE, plop for about 5 minutes. ive been using this simple routine for a while with an occasional olive oil dt and sulfate free shampoo. i just bought some avocado and almond oils and vegetable glycerin and am eager to try them.

Wow, sorry for this long winded post but i basically just want to know what ingredients are dos and donts for summer and if i should be looking for humectants or oils or what with high or low humidity to figure out how to modify my routine.

any help would be greatly appreciated!
What are the ingredients in the 3 Minute Miracle? They don't list them online that I can find...

i haven't used it in a few days and my hairs gotten better, but then again I started using giovanni direct leave-in conditioner the same day so that could be it. i'm not very good at controlling my experiments, so i'm still not really sure what the problem was?
could be the sorbitol and glycerin in your Aussie. Glad to hear your hair is better now.
That's right, I said it! I wear scrunchies!!

I am a sulfate washing, cone slabbing, curly lovin' s.o.b. The CG police haven't caught me yet.

thanks. i guess the only way to know for sure is to try it myself, but how did anyone else's hair react to glycerine? because i want to try the vegetable glycerin i just got (if thats the same thing) but i dont want to wreck my hair cuz of an event coming up. i really should wait to experiment but then how am i suppossed to get my hair looking fabulous in the next week?
