LOOB- Dry or wet?
I had to go to CVS this am to pick something up for dd#2, and I saw the LOOB, and picked up a jar since I have seen it mentioned here so much. Those of you who use it, do you use it wet like a curling cream, or after it is dry to scrunch out the crunch? Do you know if it has any Mag Sulfates in it?

I use it sopping wet...and never thought about using it to STC.
I'm pretty sure there's no MgSO4 in it...

I use it to scrunch out crunch. I tried it like a regular gel once and my hair came out a stringy mess. I don't understand how people can get such great results with it on wet hair

I use it on wet hair over a leave in cond with good clumping. My hair has issues with stuff being put on it when it's dry.

I don't use it too much. I have other products I prefer. However, I can only put products on wet hair.

Using products on dry curly hair, or handling it at all, is just asking for frizz! I reccommend using it on wet hair. I use it when my hair is about half to two thirds dry. Some people use it on dripping wet hair. Anywhere between the two is a good place to start, then work your way drier or wetter to see what your hair needs!

I use it after leave in while my hair is dripping wet. I get about half a palmful and spread it until most of my hair is covered. Then I add gel, then brush to distribute everything. With the texture of Loob, I don't think it'd work well dry. It doesn't have enough hold for me not to use a gel, so I consider it a creme and not a gel. I don't scrunch at all, but I have heard of people scrunching with it.

Well, that depends on the product though. JCN&S is great on Dry hair! Other "oils" in general do well on dry hair.

I use it on wet and dry hair. Sometimes I use it as a curl cream on wet hair. I've also used it on dry hair to kind of tame down frizzies and smooth it over the canopy.

I put the majority in wet hair. However, when my hair dries and if I see some curls that arent formed well or are frizzing, I put it on my ends as sort of a pomade.
