I'm full CG. CO washes only, no cones. But I do straighten every couple of months for special occasions -- flat iron only, no blow drying. And I can't live without cream stylers. Gel just doesn't work for me.

What is CHS?

Their Curl Keeper is very popular among
some of the curlies on this board. I use
it sometimes with my Jessicurl products.

CG for nearly a year now. I previously used shampoo only a couple times a week, but giving up all sulfates and silcones made a huge difference in my hair. I now use fewer products that are very inexpensive and easy to find and spend much less time dealing with my hair.
I also noticed that using skin care products with fewer sulfates and shaving with conditioner has made a big difference in my skin - not nearly as dry, even in the arctic winter weather.

I'd say modified. I don't use sulfates and I try not to use cones. The only ones I do use are the ones in Deva stuff.

I have been on a modified CG plan from the beginning. My hair likes cones though I try not to overdo it. I do use sulfate free cleansers though.

Modified.
I avoid cyclopentasiloxane like the plague. Eeeeeevil. The only cones I use are my Deva products and now Garnier Soft Curl Cream. Until a month or so ago I was totally cone free.
I'm totally sulfate free with the exception of the occasional Loreal Color Pulse to keep me from really dying it.
