Default Straight Eyelashes?

I was just wondering if any other curly girls out there have straight eyelashes?

Many of my straight haired friends have nice, always curled (naturally) eyelashes.

Some of mine curl, but others stick out totally straight! What does it mean?! Anyone else have this?

I'm a curly girl with straight eyelashes. I use an eyelash curler every day.

Curly girl with straight eyelashes here too. Too lazy to curl them so I just wipe the mascara off the inside of my glasses.

My sister's are like that... always struck me as strange that someone with curls would get stuck with straight lashes She uses this crazy heated eyelasher curler though

I THINK this is the one she has, but i'm not certain. http://www.sephora.com/browse/produc...e=19-8482687-2

Personally, it frightens me... but I guess when you consider that i'm putting personal lube in my hair, anything's game in the pursuit of beauty...

Other people get mascara on the inside of their glasses?! Thank goodness... I thought I was the only one with smudges on EVERY pair of sunglasses I own.

I wore regular glasses for all of three days.. I couldn't handle it. Yay for contacts!

On another note, today is day one of 100% sulfate-free, silicone free. I am airdrying now. Wish me luck...

I do... some even grow down into my eyes, and I have to pluck them. Eeeeww.

I actually thought about getting fake lashes, the ones that are placed by a professional and eventually fall out on their own. I haven't really looked into it though, because I figured they probably wouldn't work with my lashes. Right now I don't do anything... no curling, no mascara, nothing. I just work on making my brows and lips fabulous.

Uhh... I'm confused. Do you mean, like, stick straight? Mine curve a bit but not in a very pronounced way. I've seen few people in real life who have what I would consider curly eyelashes, so I'm not sure if we're talking about the same thing.

I doubt curly hair and curly eyelashes are linked anyway- I mean, I haven't seen curly eyebrows, and body hair is often, although not always, straight, even on us curlies (err, with one notable exception, LOL!).

Yeahhh, they're pretty stick straight! My bottom ones all curl the same way, out and down. The top ones kind of stick out straight, but down towards my eye...if that makes sense. There are some that curl up away from the eye, but it's pretty random. When I put on mascara, they bang into my sunglasses. Some of them are really long (5/16"-3/8") too!

I have been blessed with long eyelashes, but unfortunately they stick out straight. I use a curler and a good mascara.

Mine aren't curly, but they aren't straight, either. Guess that makes my lashes "wavy girls".

I'd consider mine wavy too. My eyebrows are definitely on the curly side though, I have to brush gel into them to make them presentable!

I have pretty thick, wavy lashes. If I condished and gelled them, I'd have 3B lashes.

You guys are hilarious.

The funny thing is though... I've actually had make-up artists (the kind at makeup counters) tell me I should use a "Conditioning Mascara" and "Conditioning Eye-Makeup Remover" and a "Brow and Lash Gel" before normal mascara....
