I'm a little scared, a little nervous and a lot excited!
I've just made an appointment with Giuseppine from DomeniCo salon in Greenville, SC for a consultation. I found the salon through CurlSalons and Giuseppine is a curly girl herself from Italy, so I'm super excited.
I won't be starting my "Project Curly Girl" until the 20th, but I want to prepare. What the heck am I so nervous!!!!??? Did anyone else go for consultations first? You know, now that I think of it, no matter what she told me, I wouldn't know much better.. maybe I should take my CG book with me! LOL! |
Awesome! I'm excited for you, and for me! I must say than k you for posting this, because I'm from the Greenville area and I was looking for someone who can cut my curly hair properly. Let us know how it goes!! :]

Ooh megaboo! Great! I will post!
I don't plan on getting cut until (hopefully) the 20th, long story short is I have family portraits being done the week before and I'm scared to try to transition to CG and have pix taken LOL! But yes, I'll keep you posted! I go for my consult on this Saturday, so hopefully I'll have a great post then! |
Yay! I'm looking forward to it! It'll give me time to save up, because I know it won't be cheap. ;] Good luck with the consult!

They have their price ranges listed on their site, I was surprised, it's not overly expensive. At least, no more than what I'm paying now for someone to cut my curly hair with non-curly cuts and then flat iron it straight for me so I can walk out and have it POOF! LOL!

I just found out about domenico and was so excited, only to find out its closed! :( any other suggestions? Or any way to get in touch with the hairstylists themselves?
