How is this done!? I'm sorry if this is an overused subject, but I need help.
My hair has been recovering slowly, and I actually grew half an inch!
But, in gym I need to swim for a week! Here are my issues:
1. How to protect my hair while swimming
2. What to do after swimming (poo, no poo?) to get rid of chemicals
3. Styling issues
I have a normal class then gym (the swimming class) but then I have another
gym class (aerobics) afterwards, so that gives me about 20, maybe thirty minutes to change and do my hair. But i still need to be ready to work out hard in aerobics (tae bo can really make you sweat).
I'm really afraid about what the chlorine and chemicals will do to my hair, so help on that would be welcome.
Another problem I have (man this is turning into a novel) is detangling. It takes me forever to detangle, even WITH my denman (aahh, my new love). And should I plop (despite strange looks) or not plop?
Any advice in general would really help. Especially confidence to wear an almost too small bikini (i got it when i was a large b cup...now i'm a medium c cup...how am i not going to fall out!) in front of a group of hormonely charged perverted guys and self hating girls who hate me cause i'm skinny (just barely 100 pounds...i'm working on gaining weight).
....I don't even know how to tread water and my hair is the biggest issue....
If it helps, I use Trader Joe's Nourish and Refresh to condition, detangle with denman, and use Loob and Loreal Melting Gel, then plop. I think i'm a 3b 4a hybrid, (working on pics). Once again ANY help would be great
