I am a newbie, so I am just getting started on here. I just did a pure virgin coconut oil treatment on my hair, and it looks great!!
The main problem I am having on here is trying to determine my hair type. Looks like 3a, but it can be just wavy at times too being as it is getting longer.
Don't understand some of the short terms on here. Figure out what CG meant though! LOL!
Looking forward to making some new curly girl friends on here!

Okay, I finally need help with an abbreviation. Why are people using xD, or XD? It's confusing me, I keep thinking it should be obvious to me, but I can't seem to figure it out.
ETA: I googled it, apparently it's a smiley face?

Pronounce it V O 5 (vee-oh-five). It's a drugstore or supermarket brand of hair products which has been around in the United States for decades. I used to tune them out completely because they were so cheap that I didn't think they could be any good, and besides their advertising was so dated that I thought it was for old people.
The conditioner turns out to be great for co-washing, and some people use it for conditioning also. It runs 99 cents usually around here, but was recently on sale for 77 cents. Unbelievable! It's great stuff!

Hair straightened is very uesful
Hair straightened is at present has become the one of the biggest fashion craze in world of fashion. It is popular with hair stylists, salons and also for the women around the world. As by nature women loves to décor themselves with anything that makes them look different and beautiful so you can understand why your sweetheart will love the hair straightened. Earlier much attention was paid to costumes and make-up and most of the time the hair got overlooked. Then attention was paid on the hair styling that gave birth to blower, hair dryer and hair curler and gradually such inventions led to hair straightened.

Pixiecurl diffuser method= leaving diffuser OFF, using the bowl to scrunch hair up to root, turn ON for 30 seconds-1 minute, turn OFF, and then repeat on next section of hair. Minimizes frizz and reduces the amount of disturbance on the rest of your hair while diffusing.

This comes up a lot. If you do a search for 'acronyms' or 'abbreviations' you'll find a ton of threads.
