Default Deep conditioning

What is a good way to give your hair a healthy conditioning? My hair seems to need more moisture. Any good tips? I would rather something natural. I can't figure my hair type out. Some of my hair I would say is really curly and other part of my hair is wavy. Is it healthy to pull your hair up every once in awhile? I would say my hair length is medium length. I can't quite pull my whole hair in a ponytail, just half way. Sorry about dragging on. Thanks in advance.

I would also rather something without having to buy new product

Try Karen's Body Beautiful Products, especially nectar, milk, cream and butter. Very moisturizing. I haven't needed a DT in the two months I've been using them.
