Let's see going back to the awful days of my youth....
Curly Sue (this one I liked)
Bozo
Lucy (Color I think)
I know there are more but I have blocked them from my memory.

Poofster
When I was in 7th grade one of my friends called me the poofster. My hair had just turned from straight to curly over the year before, and I didn't know what to do with it so it was rather poofy.

Ah yes, I've gone through alot of those names.
I've heard -
Fluffy hair
Big hair
Robert Plant
Hippie
But by far my favorite one, is what one of my friends called my hair -
"The Lion's Mane"

Not really a nickname...
But in 4th grade, I sat next to this boy...and he used to think it was funny to put his hand IN my hair and say:
"OH NO! I'M LOST IN THE HAIR OF DOOM!"

There is a line in the movie "Rocketman" when he calls a chimp his "little Ewok." So my older brother began calling me that because of my thick frizzy hair!

On bad hair days, when it's pulled up into a ponytail, my friend calls me Scrat-the squirrel from Ice Age - She says my ponytail looks just like his tail, lol.

At camp one time I was called Sarah-fuzzy-hair-a. Ingenious, no?
When I was even younger and wore my hair back in this horrible poofy mess of a ponytail, my soccer mates called me 'sheep'. baaaa

I never really had a nickname from my hair...I just got teased mercilessly because of it.
Mean Names:
Puffball
Frizzball
Bozo
Carrot Top
Sideshow Bob
Bob Marley
Pineapple Head (whenever I wore my hair in a ponytail)
Brillo Pad
Macy Gray
Nice Names:
Curly Sue
Shirley Temple
The nicest thing though was that in my circle of friends, my curls became known as "Sarah Hair" and anyone with good curls had "Sarah Hair". It feels really nice after so many years of being made fun of.

besides the typical (fro-girl, curly-q, noodle head, etc)
"brillo" (as in the Brillo scrub pad) from the hubbie on my exceptionally bad hair days.
And my personal favorite "Kenny G" or "Michael Bolton" from my little brother when my hair was long and pre-CG!
