BIOINFUSION...a cheap, possible CG, drugstore Poo? Maybe

Since I had to clarify the other day, I ran across this product ($1.49 for 3oz.) at Walgreens of all places.
I don't know if it is a CG friendly product but it didn't look all that dangerous to me. Below are the ingredients AND my hair felt fabulous afterwards. Unlike other clarifiers this one made my hair actually FEEL clean and SOFT. I had a very good hair day afterwards Any possibility of this being a safe poo? fingers crossed

BIOINFUSION Professional Rosemary Mint Shampoo
Deionized water---Rosemary leaf extract---Peppermint leaf extract---Sodium Coco- Sulfate---Lauramidopropyl Betaine---Gylcerin---Vinegar---Camphor---Menthol---PolyQuaternium-7---Polyquaternium-4---Cocamidopropylamine oxide---Steric Acid---Fragrance---Linalool---Limonene---Tetrasodium Edta---Phenoxyethnol---Chlorphenesin---Benzoic Acid---Diazolidinyl Urea---Sodium Chloride---Citric Acid

ETA that aside from that, it does look like it would at least be a good clarifier, therefore not a bad thing to keep on hand in case you should need it - especially if it makes your hair feel good.
