Those are what I want. My hair was sticky, stiffy, and frizzy. I used a small amount of honey in a good bit of water. I wonder what'd happen if I rinsed after using the honey instead of just pouring it on my hair.

You forgot clumps! It gives great clumps! and bounce. At least when I use it in my Rinse out.

Acording to this article, water is not enough:

Quote:
Honey, by itself or used as rinse in an aqueous or vinegar solution, is not sufficient to provide the necessary conditioning properties to curly hair.

One way to obtain the beneficial properties of honey at home is to combine honey with other oils, or to add just a small amount of it to your existing conditioner.

If you're gonna rinse out the honey then it's better to stick to honey in condish only to soften the hair. Rinsing after a Honey rinse may not do anything more for you.

I agree. I think it's just a waste of good honey.

My hair was soft, shiny and better defined. Just for your info, I did a ACV rinse too. So I think both have helped me to get those results.
