i know it's a old topic but i am really interested in honey .
but i don't understand the good way to use it.

this is my method :

- i wash my hair
- i mixed 50% honey and 50 % conditionner
- i rinse my hair ( always with cold water !)

is it a good method ?

(sometimes i add 1 egg with the honey.)

Well... I've never mixed 50% honey. I've always used small amounts...

Today, I mixed 30% honey + 70% conditioner.

My hair is shinier and more defined than usual.
