Is this a sulfate I should be concerned about?
I'm thinking about going mod-CG and shampooing once a week.
I've used products with cones in them the past couple days and know that I have to use a sulfate shampoo to clarify, but after I do that I don't want to use shampoo that has cones or sulfates in it.
I currently have the Trader Joe's nourish conditioner, but can someone take a look at the shampoo ingredients to see if they may pose a problem? There is one ingredient in there I'm concerned about, but didn't know for sure:
Shampoo - Purified water, organic rosemary oil, organic valencia orange citrus, organic mango, organic lemongrass, organic ginko biloba, organic echinacea, organic willow bark, organic sea kelp, organic chamomile flower, organic textured soy protein, organic lavender, organic grapefruit, C14-16 Olefin Sulfonate, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Tocopherol (Vit E), Citric Acid, Methylparaben, propylparaben, sea salt, botanical fragrance
Also, the parabens are preservatives, right? Are those considered bad as well?
