Big fat list of synthetic ingredients - WOW! Who knew??
I'm gonna post this over in the natural forum too, because I would imagine this would be really helpful for deciphering ingredient lists.
How do soy, oat, and quinoa protein and vegetable cellulose qualify as synthetic thickeners?
I can see how they take some processing to extract so maybe that's where their coming from. But I remember seeing a list like this once and I'm pretty sure they had the chemical name for salt listed as synthetic.
I didn't actually scan through the list very thoroughly, so I didn't see the soy, oat, and quinoa proteins listed, but I agree - that's wrong. Maybe it's because of they way they are extracted, or what they turn them into?
