Ok, I sometimes plopped naked while putting on my makeup. Imagine singing, plopping, and putting on makeup at the same time.

I've started wearing more button up shirts to avoid crushing my hair or smudging my makeup.

Hahahaha, MEN! True, they'll do anything to make something sound dirty! After all science proved they think of sex every 11 secs! RR, Speckla, and Janeyliz you guys are just too funny! I love this site!

Men just don't understand our obsession with our hair, but they sure like the results! My hubby always rolls his eyes at me, gives me strange looks, or sarcastically says "what the hell are you doing?"

Ok, so this sounds terrible...but:

My boyfriend and I were having a light makeout session, and he starts touching my hair. This isn't unusual, but I was having a wondrous hair day, so forgive the following:

SO: What are you doing?
Me (in a totally-got-caught voice): Um. Nothing?
SO: You keep moving my hand from your hair to your waist.
Me: Well...I have good hair today.
SO (completely thrown): What?
Me: Well, you'll mess it up.
SO (looking really incredulous): Are you serious?
Me: Completely.

He didn't even know what to say. But you know how reluctant you get when you're having one of those brilliant hair days...

Hehe, don't worry I don't think it sounds terrible.

My boyfriend knows that if he touches my hair on a good hair day, hes finished. Its a running joke between us. If I give him any crap at all, he will retaliate my ruffling up my hair.

When ever I have plopped (which is very infrequently) the SO says 'now that is nicccce look'. And yesterday he needed shampoo so we stop in the mall beauty supply store (he uses Paul Mitchell poo) and I stop to look at some products and I said - those are expensive ones (I forget which brand) and he says - they are all the same! So I tell him - no, not really and then proceed to wander wide eyed through all the aisles. He goes to another salon downstairs - they are usually cheaper than the one we were in. I stay to wander.

He comes back - we leave and then we go into Target and I tell him his gel he uses was on sale last week so we wander into the aisle just to check to see if it was still on sale and it was not. Fast forward to BJs Wholesale and I see the huge bottles of Garnier shampoo etc and tell him...hey, if they are all the same you could have bought a gallon of that for the same price as Paul Mitchell and been good to go. Oh, look, they have a 2 gallon bottle of gel - much cheaper than your American Crew gel (which by the way is a pretty decent gel). He got the point.
