Good hair day, finally!

I finally had a good hair day after all my frustrations. I used Generic Biolage Conditioning Balm, left some in, HETT mousse and HESMU gel. Then I plopped.

There is some frizz but it was really windy today.

What you think?

This area is under construction as my hair type changed and nothing works well for me. I shampoo, I condition and pretty much have done nothing but chuck my hair in a messy bun for the past oh...year? Yeah, I'm that lazy.

No...going no-poo or CG does not work for me. It leaves me overconditioned and oily in a second no matter what I use, so that's not what's not working.
Thanks!

You're very pretty and your hair looks great!! I'm jealous.
Medium texture, normal-high porosity, wavy-curly 2c to 3a-ish hair that is MOISTURE HUNGRY!!!
Currently recovering from a protein hair crisis. My hair hates protein, apparently.

I didn't want to post a whole new thread but I had a second good hair day. This time, HEBE Mousse and HESMU Gel, no plop.

* I'm not this bright, I have to enhance it or you won't see my dark hair.

is it worth worrying about?

I wouldn't worry about that "frizz". It doesn't even look like what I think is frizz. It's looking really good.

How do you like the generic biolage stuff? Considering trying when I run out of my stash of current stuff.

What are these: HEBE Mousse and HESMU Gel ?

I always seem to seem to have surface frizz, I am hoping KCCC will help me out.

You will LOVE KCCC for that, it works pretty good but increases drying time and can give you the "wet look" if you use too much. Definitely a learning curve.
I use a glob (2-3 fingers full, about 2 quarter sizes together roughly) emulsify/spread out in hand and spread throughout hair, then use another small glob, emulsify on hands and put on ends/crown.
