Default KCCC questions

I am still thinking about sampling/buying KCCC and I've read a lot about it and watched the mysteryflavored video. But like she said she isn't sure how long hair curlies would put it in. I have short hair now but I want to grow out, how do you apply it if you have long hair.

Also, do you find you get better results with KCKT?
Do you use gel over?

My hair is past BSL when wet, and mysterflavored's KCCC application technique works just fine for me. No problems with uneven distribution. However, I did recently figure out that I can get more volume by scrunching in KCCC after I blot with a microfiber towel, so I've been doing that instead.

I used KCKT in the summer months, but have switched to KBB Nectar and L'Oreal Vive Pro Nutrigloss condish for my winter leave-ins because they are more moisturizing. I'm pretty sure that most leave-ins are compatible with KCCC, as long as they are compatible with your hair, of course

I've heard that quite a few curlies use a gel over KCCC, but I like the soft hold it gives on it's own. If you are worried about hold, you might want to look into the Donna Marie Aloe & Honey Jelly, I heard it has a stronger hold than KCCC. Haven't tried it myself, yet.

I have hair a little past my waist and use KCCC. I rake in the KCCC after my leave-in. Sometimes I scrunch in some L.A. Looks Sports Gel on top for extra hold and then SOTC when it's completely dry. I have not tried it with the KCKT. I got a sample of KCCC from the swap board and I will probably be buying some more in the near future. I love the smell of the KCCC . HTH

How is the frizz control? Also, do you plop and or diffuse?

It's too thick for me to use every day, but it is definitely worth trying. I don't use KCKT under it, but I do use a little bit of a leave-in (less than usual). I use a tiny bit of one of my HE gels (usually HETT, which I don't really like on its own anymore) and scrunch it in over the KCCC. KCCC does give decent hold, but since my hair is somewhat fine, it gets weighed down easily, and the gel helps counteract that a little. The frizz control and moisture is pretty much matchless with other products I've tried, not that I've tried that many.
