My hair is past BSL when wet, and mysterflavored's KCCC
application technique works just fine for me. No problems with uneven distribution. However, I did recently figure out that I can get more volume by scrunching in KCCC
after I blot with a microfiber towel, so I've been doing that instead.
I used KCKT in the summer months, but have switched to KBB Nectar and L'Oreal Vive Pro Nutrigloss condish for my winter leave-ins because they are more moisturizing. I'm pretty sure that most leave-ins are compatible with KCCC
, as long as they are compatible with your hair, of course
I've heard that quite a few curlies use a gel over KCCC
, but I like the soft hold it gives on it's own. If you are worried about hold, you might want to look into the Donna Marie Aloe & Honey Jelly, I heard it has a stronger hold than KCCC
. Haven't tried it myself, yet.
