Poll: What does "second day hair" mean to you?
To me, "second day hair" means I do not wash or wet it the second day. I may mist my hair with a refresher mist to revive the curl and reactivate the product, but that's it.
My second day routine is mostly out of laziness, and I am open to suggestions.
I've tried to add as many different descriptions as possible but if you've got some other second-day routine, please post details.

It means all I have to do is pick some moisturizer through, arrange it how I want and go, so I guess the first option. (I have 2nd, 3rd, 4th day etc. most of the time...)

I spray it with water or lavendar water and add a tiny bit of a very light gel - either Aloe or Aubrey's Mandarin Magic & Ginko leaf - just enough so I can get rid of bed head!
These products just help to get rid of the frizz - they don't really offer much hold. Sometimes I will then spray it with a bit of Set it Free to get rid of the frizzies.

Usually I do a 'pineapple-plop': before bed I mist with diluted conditioner or aloe vera until about 1/3 damp. Then I re-apply cream, Curls Souffle or SIF, add a little gel (I'm taking a quarter size, maybe 1/10 of what I'd normally use), and then very loosely pile my hair on top of my head hold with a very loose hairband; then I accordion my hair down on top of my head until it's compressed plopping style. In the morning I usually get pretty good 2nd day hair, at which point I don't have to do anything at all to it.
This works for me b'coz 1) my very long 3B hair takes waaay too long to dry, 2) the pine/plop re-forms curls & repairs the frizz of the dair, 3) I am not a morning person.

Spritz with water, smooth and scrunch a bit for 2nd, 3rd, sometimes 4th day hair. It's enough to reactivate the products and smooth down the stray hairs.

All my days are the same really. It has to be thoroughly soaked and all products applied every day. The only thing that changes is that some days I'll shampoo or co wash. Second day hair just doesn't exist for me.

I'm a "juicy" person, so I never, ever get 2nd day hair. Even if my hair looks OK, it would smell if I didn't wash it...and I don't like to smell.

1st option for me - it wouldn't be second day hair if I had to rewet it or wash it. Not to mention I'm too lazy to go through that everyday and it takes half the day for my hair to dry. So I just spritz on either Awe or Mister Right, or smooth on one of my cream stylers (SIF, Boots, Recoil, or Conf.Coils), scrunch lightly and go. I try to make mine last at least 3 days, 4 if I'm lucky.

I voted for the first option, no wash, just restyle and go.

Define "restyle" and go. For me that means spraying some Mister Right and that's it.

I picked the 1st option. I usually wet my hands a little & rub some Boots between them. Then I smooth my hands over my hair. Then I crunch a little more Boots in.

Second-day hair is hair I washed the previous day. I may or may not add more product to smooth it down. I may or may not mist it to revive the curls. It depends on what my hair looks like when I wake up that morning. More often than not, I just twist it up and secure with one of my many hair sticks or forks. I like it up and out of my way.

If I don't at least wet my hair everyday, it looks like crap. There's no way I can style w/out water. I don't do it everyday, once or twice I'll pull it back in ponytail. Mostly to 'give it a break'

I usually just spray with just some water and maybe put on some defrizzing cream. I can sometimes go as far as 3rd or 4th day hair!

It means that I don't have to do anything other than moisturize my hair, fluff, and go. Maybe reactivate flattened curls with water/leave in mix.

For me, second day hair means that I don't have to completely re-wet it. Sometimes I won't have to do anything at all to it. Other times I might use a little bit of watered down gel to smooth out frizzies.

Second day hair has different meanings, depending on what I choose to do.
If I don't jump in the shower to wash my body, I just pull my hair back partly or fully and go. With this method, I can let the curls show.
If I do jump in the shower to wash my body, my hair frizzes, so I pull it back, with no curls showing (like a bun), and smoothe down frizzes with a little gel.
I can never wear my hair completely down on the second day.
