What did I do wrong?

I was having a really awesome couple of day hair, and then today i had a shower and it went downhill from there.

I bought some hair products and wanted to try them out...

Here's what I did:
DT with Regis pure results moisture conditioning treatment
Co-wash with suave strawberry
Co with biolage conditioning balm
put in sexy hair pumpkin potion leave-in
regis curl intensifier
and my regular KY and HETT

Now i know i shouldn't have tried all of these at the same time but i did (stupid me) and i have no idea what to do know

My hair is really dry and frizzy...i'm so confused....HELP!!!

I clarified and conditioned with biolage conditioning balm, and then left some in as a leave in...and my hair is a lot better, but i still wonder what happened to it...if anyone has any ideas, i'd love to know what went wrong....o question is coconut oil a protein, because the conditioning treatment had it really high on the ingredients list (just a thought)

It just sounds like you put too many things in your hair at one time. I don't know if coconut oil is a protein - I'm leaning towards no though. I know my hair has really benefited from coconut oil but, if I ever put too much in, it gets way too greasy.

It looks like you DID try too many things all at once. I'm afraid the only way you can know for sure is to try out *one* new thing at a time and see how your hair reacts.

Coconut oil is not a protein, but it does help with protein retention. Some people don't like to use it because it has the tendency to swell the hair shaft and stiffen it. This can be good for folks lacking in volume, but if your hair is already coarse. . .
should i try to get it back to its good self, and then test all of them, or test them while i'm trying to get my hair back to normal
