Default KCCC in Whole Foods - when?

I found Whole Foods in a retailer list on K-C site and got all excited. Too early, lol. Called three Whole Foods in my area - no one knows when they actually will be selling KC products. Answers varied from "some time next week" to "by the end of May".

Do anyone happen to have some info? When are they supposed to start sales in Whole Food?

TIA!

I've been checking my Wholefoods in Atlanta for at least three months, still to no avail.

That would be so great! I desperately want to try this stuff! Unfortunately I am broke right now and the hefty price + shipping is bumming me out. I guess I should take a stroll down and check out our whole foods!

Yeah, if it's convenient to you, you should because some WF's have had it for a few months now.

according to kc site, they are carried in some whole foods. they divide retailers by state. maybe they only use one or two retailers per state???
in ny, they use rickys ny, and not wholefoods.

I'm in Atlanta as well. WH closest to me supposedly will have it next week. We'll see.

So as far as they're concerned, if you're a New Yorker who doesn't live in or commute to New York City or its environs, you don't exist. Might as well lop off everything above the commuter lines, in other words, most of the state. (grumble, grumble, bah humbug!)

I saw the entire Kinky Curly line at the Whole Foods in my area the other day. I'm in Pennsylvania, it was the WF store in North Wales. Don't know if the other store in PA have it or not. I picked up the KC spiral spritz.

What about the prices? Do they cost more than on KC site? Thank you!

$10.99 for the spiral spritz
$25.99 for KCCC
Didn't check the prices of the other products. But they are probably in the same price range as the spiral spritz...and no S &H! HTH

Are you in NYC? Because that's exactly what I've experienced - none in the Whole Foods here, but SHELVES of it in Ricky's, all nice and fresh in the new jars. And in the Ricky's on 14th St. and Union Square, the KCCC shelf is right around the corner in that store from the entire Deva line!

I was a the Union Square WF and they had the Knot today and a tester of the custard. It looks they sold out. I was also able to find it at the Ricky's on 9th and 49th st location.

Oh, cool!!! Good to know WF US is getting KCCC in now!

Yeah, Union Square is turning into my go-to place for hair care. I can get my AOWC and my Desert Essence at Whole Foods, and all my DevaCurl and my KCCC right down the block at Ricky's. Had you tried that Ricky's before you hauled yourself all the way out to 49th and 9th?

Has it been spotted yet in the Bay Area? I've been wanting to try this magic substance for some time.

Too bad they don't use a store locater that pulls up the stores that actually carry it. That would be so much more efficient instead of us curlies wandering the states we live in to find this locally. Nevermind - I see their site does this. Nothing in Massachusetts....

I know this post is old, but I went to the Whole Foods in Short Pump outside of Richmond, VA yesterday and they had KCCC! I got some and I love it (well so far after one use anyway)
