vitamins, supplements? like GNC ultra nourishair?

Hi all!! I was just wondering if any one out there uses vitamins to help maintain and support healthy hair?
Since I started CG method about a month and a half ago I have great results but I would also like to see how many people take a multivitamin?
I just bought GNC ultra nourishair...any one else take that?
Thanks!!!
I use 1000-2000 mcg of biotin and BioSil or silica daily. It helps hair growth but I hate how it makes my fingernails grow so fast. The GNC stuff should work as well. I am taking everything I can for hair loss possibly due to low iron... so I am taking 70 mgs of iron a day to get my feritin level up to normal ( levels below 40 can cause hairloss but get tested before taking iron!)
Type: 3a, fine, thin, low porosity Water/Climate: soft/ marine Washes: water w/washcloth, shikakai, clay Condition: Style:Seamollient, CurlsPFCCP, Miracurl, Gel-les'c, CK; rudeechick's super soaker method; blot, air dry 30 min; diffuse Also: coconut oil

I've been taking GNC Ultra nourishair since I quit chemicals, my hair seems stronger and seems to be growing(especially since it used to grow super slow).

I second GNC Ultra Nourishair. Been taking it for 2 yrs and my hair is stronger , fuller, shinier and longer. Grows fast then without them!

I've also tried the GNC brand, but have been using the Target or Walmart Hair, Skin, and Nails vitamins instead plus extra Biotin. Seems to be working well. Take a look at Speckla's biotin post (do a serach). Her hair growth really improved with hair vitamins. Maybe she will chime in herself.

Hey Jess,
I take 10,000 mcg of biotin (300 mcg is the FDA recommended amount)
1300 mcg of MSM that's found in Flex-a-min (I take this for joint pain and stiffness but the MSM is a bonus because it helps support hair growth and longevity)
I take a B complex that has b1,b2,b5,b6, and b12
Corral calcium with magnesium and Vit D
and a multi vitamin (liquid Centrum - it has 50% daily recommended iron)
Royal Jelly for my sinuses

The Biotin, MSM, and B vitamins are the important ones for hair. All the others aren't really necessary for most people but I'm a vegetarian and need to supplement a lot.
Thanks again Speckla
