Default FSG with Epsom Salt

Hey, does anybody have BB's flax seed gel recipe with the epsom salt added to it? I wanna give it a try.

Thanx!

BB has her own special ingredients, but one general FSG recipe that has been posted is:
1/4 cup flax seeds boiled in 1 C water with 1/4 teaspoon epsom salts. You can also add honey or agave nectar - 1/2 teaspoon.

Marinacurlz, don't you have a problem with magnesium sulfate? Or am I just imagining things? (Epsom salts = mag sulfate)

Ah, my hair twin to the rescue! You remembered! Yes, I could only use the Jessicurl for a few days before I got halo frizz. But I was just curious like BB was saying her hair can tolerate some. I haven't tried anything with mag sulfate in over a year so I thought I would see if this would make the reg. flax seed gel I have made work better or worse. My hair is so weird!

I'd start with a tiny bit, 1/8 teaspoon or so. My hair even hated that much

I'm like you in the sense that I can only use Jessicurl for a few days out of the week before my hair starts to feel dry and look frizzy and poofy. I tried a sample of BB's FSG and had her put in a pinch of epsom salt and the response from my hair was vastly different from when I use Jessicurl. I now make my FSG with a pinch (literally!) of mag sulfate and haven't experienced any dryness or frizz.
