Default More about diffusers...

I wonder if expensive diffusers really better than the cheap ones?

Diffuser I use is OK, but it's kinda flat-shaped (as opposed to the bowl shape) and my hair gets really static (=frizzy) on rear occasions I use it. It came with Cohair dryer, so it was free...

I looked up diffusers on Folica; and they priced from $5 to almost $30. I might bite a bullet ($30 is a lot for me at the moment), but I wonder if it's worth the price.

I diffuse to cut the drying time; to set the curls; and to increase volume. What diffuser will fit the bill?

Thanks in advance!

Wash: Suave; EO Sweet Orange shampoo

Conditioner: GVP Balm, Mango Lustrasilk

Styling: KCCC, BRHG and LA Looks

I use this diffuser attachment from Sally's and it's great. Has a nice deep bowl and fits perfectly on my non-conair dryer. Best $6 I ever spent

Is it the all-black one or the one with a red insert?

Oops forgot to add the link I use the black one but I just saw the red one and got a little excited...although I might never need one again with the R2D2 dryer. I'd go with the red one for the ions...much less frizz.
