Default I used sulfates and my hair feels great!

Don't let the title of this thread deceive you. When I was rinsing out the shampoo (I used Garnier Fructise) it felt so gross, like when you're washing tupperware with dish soap (squeaky clean). I followed with an ACV/Lemon water rinse and did an overnight DT. Rinsed out this morning and just have Hello Hydration and Shea Butter on my hair. It is light and bouncy with great clumps and minimal frizz.
I have been CG for about 4 months but lately have just been feeling really weighed down. I was using a few products with A-cone as rinse outs or leave ins with a lo-poo about once a week but apparently I still had quite a bit of build up. I am going to try to really cut all of the bad cones out of my hair diet and see if I can keep this feeling going with out having to revert to bad shampoos again. I know the Hello Hydration has one water soluable cone in it but I'm hoping it will be OK because I LOVE it! Well I just wanted to share my experience. If you're hair is just sort of laying there like a dead cat on top of your head, like mine was, try clarifying and see if it brings it back to life.

I've had to use a sulfate shampoo a couple times in the past year. Love it! My hair is always so shiny and bouncy afterwards once the build up is gone. I think the occasional sulfate is okay and even a good thing.
