Default Bangs?

Any recommendations about what to do when growing out bangs?

I used to be a chronic straightener with "sweepy" bangs--now they are just a giant curly poof on the side of my head.

Any suggestions?

Pomp them, clip them, braid them, twist them and split them. Al these things can go left, right, in the middle. So many ways
2c? 3a? Mostly coarse, but LOVIN' the proteins and fighting overconditioning! My hair is just plain weird

LowPOO; Creme of Nature shampoo
CO; L'Oreal Nutrigloss & AOGBP
Other; nettle tea once a week instead of CO, JCRR, JCAS
Stylers; KCCC, L'oreal studio line gel
Don't like; PVP, non-vegetable glycerine
